About Touchline
These terms apply to the Touchline website at fpldraft.me. By accessing the platform or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Touchline provides tools, statistics, forecasts and model-driven analysis for Fantasy Premier League Draft. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Predictions and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees of player performance, points or results. You remain responsible for your team selections and actions in the official game.
Accounts and access
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Only connect leagues and accounts you are authorised to access. Paid features require an active subscription to the corresponding plan.
Subscriptions and billing
Available features, prices, billing intervals and applicable taxes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew for the selected billing interval until cancelled. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases made through our Paddle checkout; its Buyer Terms govern the purchase. Touchline supplies access to the product. Review the final checkout details before paying.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage your subscription from your account’s billing controls or the link in your Paddle confirmation email. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Deleting browser data or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are explained in our Refund policy.
Use of data and content
Touchline content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell or republish paid reports without permission. Third-party names, trademarks and data remain subject to their owners’ rights. Football data and forecasts may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
Availability, conduct and termination
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend features. Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the platform, bypass access controls or access other users’ information. We may restrict or terminate accounts that misuse the service. Material changes affecting subscriptions will be communicated where required, and mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Use forecasts and AI-generated recommendations with your own judgment and check important information against official sources. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from fantasy-team decisions or inaccurate forecasts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a service that does not conform to its description.
Privacy, updates and contact
Our Privacy policy describes how personal data is used. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date; material changes to ongoing subscriptions will be communicated as required.
