Support
Get help with your Touchline account, league connections, billing or a prediction that looks wrong.
Contact us
Email support@fpldraft.me and we’ll get back to you — most requests are answered within one business day. Include your account email, the league or feature involved and what you expected to happen; a screenshot helps.
Never send your password, full card number or session cookie by email — if something needs your FPL cookie to reproduce, add it in Account settings instead and just tell us which league.
Common questions
My league or team isn’t showing up
Connect it from the home page with your Draft League ID and Entry (Team) ID — both are visible in your league’s URL on the official FPL Draft site. Most leagues are publicly readable by ID; a private league additionally needs your FPL session cookie, added from Account settings.
A private league says it can’t be read
Add your FPL session cookie in Account settings — the league owner’s cookie is not enough for every member. The cookie is forwarded to the official FPL service for your requests only; Touchline does not store it beyond your account.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Manage renewals from your account’s billing controls, or the link in your Paddle confirmation email. See the Refund policy for the refund window and how cancellation differs from a refund.
I was charged incorrectly
Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases. Report a duplicate or unrecognised charge to Paddle, and contact us at support@fpldraft.me if a purchased feature isn’t unlocking on your account.
A prediction or recommendation looks wrong
Forecasts and recommendations are estimates built from official FPL data and third-party reporting, not guarantees — tell us the player, gameweek and what looked off, and we’ll take a look.
Something else?
Billing is handled by Paddle — see the Refund policy for cancellations and refunds, and the Terms of service and Privacy policy for how the service and your data are handled. For anything not covered here, support@fpldraft.me reaches a person, not a bot.
