01Why it matters in Draft

Roles are scarce: you cannot simply add the same penalty taker as every other manager. Check the order before a waiver, trade or start/sit call.

02How to read it

Volt identifies first choice. Every listed player keeps their kit, position and order so the hierarchy remains clear when the primary taker is unavailable.

03Live FPL data

The table uses the current official FPL role order and refreshes with the player feed. Treat it as a hierarchy, not a guarantee of the next kick.

Methodology

Using set-piece takers in FPL Draft

Penalty duty is usually the most valuable role because it creates a repeatable route to goals. Corners and indirect free kicks matter most for creative midfielders and can raise assist upside, while direct free kicks add a smaller but meaningful ceiling. Recheck this page after transfers, injuries, captain changes and manager switches: each can alter the order.
