Purchases through Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record for our Paddle checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by its Refund Policy, Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law. Mandatory rights are not restricted by this page.
14-day refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal if you have not materially used the paid service during the period covered by that payment. Material use means actively using paid analysis, reports or recommendations; signing in alone is not material use. Requests that meet these conditions qualify for our voluntary refund offer. After material use, a discretionary refund may be declined. This condition does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service.
How to request a refund
Use the receipt or subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle buyer support. Include the email used at checkout, transaction reference and the issue. For product support, contact support@fpldraft.me. Never send your full card number or password.
Technical problems and incorrect charges
If you cannot access a purchased feature, contact Touchline with details so we can investigate. Report duplicate or unrecognised charges to Paddle. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed services remain available regardless of any voluntary refund window.
Cancellation is separate from a refund
You can cancel future renewals through your account’s billing controls or your Paddle subscription link. Cancellation normally leaves access in place until the end of the paid billing period and does not automatically refund an earlier payment. A refund may end the access associated with the refunded purchase.
Processing approved refunds
Paddle handles approved refunds, normally to the original payment method. Its policy provides for processing eligible refunds within 14 days of approval; your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
